Fragrance Free Cleanser

Love the fact that it is fragrance-free, and it cleans my fine and dry hair without stripping it bare. Washing twice with it is key I think, followed by the fragrance-free rich conditioner

I love the fragrance free shampoo due to it not causing me to itch my Scalp afterwards. But downside is it leaves me feeling like I have greasy/oily hair Am I doing something wrong?

Fragrance free is the key. It is so lovely to not smell weird and not have an itchy head…but to also have some control over my hair!!

I love this product, and all the fragrance-free range. I have coarse, wiry, curly hair and a rich shampoo like this works wonders. It doesn't strip my hair of oils or iritate my scalp, but still leaves my hair clean. If they stop making this I'll be lost. I've endured a lifetime of fragranced products that trigger allergies, and products that aren't suitable for curly hair, and I never want to go back! I understand the review by the woman with thin hair, but for me, a shampoo that's akin to conditioner is ideal.

I wanted to love this because it’s fragrant free and for sensitivities but it’s just awful! I think they forgot to put the cleanser in. It felt like washing my hair with conditioner. I washed twice with it and tried to rub it into my scalp well but it was awful. It kept just sticking to the layer of fine hairs and pulling them out rather than washing anything. I came out with heavier build up then when I got in. Very sad as I wanted to love this.

Love this brand and particularly the fragrance free version. Leaves my hair so soft and nice. I constantly tell people about clever curl whenever they compliment my hair! You could almost get away with not using a conditioner with this cleanser!

I wasn't sure if I'd like this or not but it's great!! I alternate this with a more 'sudsy' shampoo and find this assist with reducing overproduction of oil - which I can experience with fine wavy hair using shampoo alone - also scalp friendly. I intend to keep using this :)

I’ve been using this product for years. Sometimes I forget to reorder and buy another brand. Disaster. No other cleanser leaves my hair clean and nourished without smelling artificial. Love it.

This has been lifesaving for me as I have a severe fragrance allergy. I was so worried I'd never find a fragrance free curly hair suitable product - thank you!!

This cleanses my hair and scalp really well with two washes. It takes quite a lot of product to cleanse my thick, oily hair, so it's not the cheapest way to clean my hair, but there's really nothing else like it on the market. The original makes me itchy so I switched to fragrance free, and it's much better. I still have some issues with dry scalp, so I've switched to co-washing with the light conditioner for now, but I'll still use this when I want my hair to be super clean. I do wish it came in 1 litre bottles so that it was more economical when I was using it all the time.

Love this cleanser! It is different from shampoo, in that it doesn't foam and strip moisture from my hair. As someone who is allergic to many products I haven't had any issues with this product, and my hair feels so much softer . Highly recommend it!

I love it. My always feels soft and clean after. I have been using it for nearly 2 years and have not had my psoriasis flare up. So will stick with it.

This is an excellent product. It works brilliantly on fine hair, and no frizz! Just a note to anyone who is used to normal, foaming shampoo, this is a very different experience. But don’t let that hold you back!

I have always struggled to find a shampoo that actually helps with my itchy head without drying it out, and this is the only thing that works! Plus it makes my hair extra silky and soft!!

I'm new to these products and love the cleanser - my hair feels clean after I use it and more importantly, soft and nourished, not like straw (which is what happened with the brand I used previously). I've ordered my full size product and also the scalp brush which I'm looking forward to trying.

I started the curly girl method over a year ago. I use the unscented cleanser and mostly the unscented treatment and definitely the leave in curl cream and gel humidty or dry weather gel as I have extremely dry hair. I have my hair lightened to cover my grey hair which is very drying. I wash my hair once, at most twice a week and in between I just spray with water to release the curl again. I continually get compliments on my curls and believe it is your product. I have tried other brands but always come back to yours as it gives me the healthiest looking curl. I know it must be good if I receive unsolicited positive comments.

I'm new to the curly girl method and am loving this cleanser. It's amazing how clean it makes my wavy hair. I do 2 washes as instructed. Cleans my hair perfectly. I make sure to use the full range of Clever Girl Products that are water soluble so everything washes out easily. And my scalp and hair are left clean and shiny with no build up. Thanks so much for making a fragrance free version as I have bad chemical sensitivities and cannot stand fragrance. So these products are amazing. Thanks heaps.

I have been using low tox hair products for close to a decade and this cleanser is one of the worst. I really wanted to like this for it's natural and fragrance free formula, but it leaves my hair lengths greasy, heavy and fuzzy, and my roots oily. I follow the instructions on the bottle. I have 2a wavy hair.
I'm extremely disappointed in this product. I might as well be washing with water alone, that's how bad my hair looks after using this and the accompanying Light Conditioner.
