Refunds & Returns Policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Clever Curl product, please let us know via the toll-free 1300 856 744 or email wave@clevercurl.com.au within 14 days of receipt of your order and we will be happy to discuss your concerns. In the event that you are not satisfied we will be happy to provide a replacement, exchange or refund that is appropriate for you. You may need to provide us with the details of your purchase so please have those handy if need be.

If you purchased your product from a salon stockist or authorised retailer, please return the product to the place of purchase for professional advice and assistance.

Purchases through unauthorised stockists
We cannot guarantee the quality of product purchased through an unauthorised stockist. This includes the sale of EverEscents, Clever Curl or Eco Style Project products via eBay, Amazon or Social Media platforms and will not be held responsible for any transactions made through these sites. We urge our customers to purchase our products from authorised stockists only; you can find a list of official stockists on each of our brand websites.
