Liza Yates

Being an avid curly girl herself, Liza knows how important it is to find a hairdresser who knows how to take care of your curls! As well as a lifetime of experience of looking after her own curls, Liza has trained with some of the world’s top Curl Specialists. She is accredited in Lorraine Massey’s Curly Girl Method and Nubia Suarez’s Rezo academy.

After emigrating from the UK 13 years ago, Liza was able to build on her curl career at Sydney’s renowned curl specialist salon ‘Yeah the Curls’. Liza has recently relocated to the Sunshine Coast with her family and is excited to share her skills and knowledge with the textured hair community here at the Ethical Brand Co Salon as our Principal Curl Specialist.

Liza is passionate about helping her clients embrace their natural hair texture and educating others on how to celebrate and style their curls. Kristy-Lee Williams

Kristy has been hairdressing for over 25 years during which time she has worked in salons in both Australia and London as a colourist and stylist, as well as for major hair care brands in Technical Customer Service.

Kristy joined Ethical Brand Co in 2022 where her passion for curls was ignited. Since then, Kristy has completed extensive curl training and has delivered specialist curl education as part of the Clever Curl Education Team. Kristy is experienced in working with all curl types from waves to tight textured curls.

Kristy is also a part of the Customer Experience team at Ethical Brand Co, providing salon stockists with personalised service and education. Kristy ensures her clients always feel comfortable and welcome in her space and loves seeing the smiles on their faces when creating magical transformations.
